This is Your Brain on Wine: A Sensory Exploration
What if you’ve been tasting wine differently from everyone around you, and that’s the best part?
This is Your Brain on Wine is a hands-on sensory experience led by author and wine educator Carrie Boyle. Through a series of guided experiments, you’ll discover how your senses, your biology and even what you hear shape what you taste.
There are no lectures, no tests and no right answers. Expect curiosity, a few “wait...what?” moments, and a new appreciation for your own palate. Whether you’re new to wine or have been sipping for years, you’ll leave seeing (and tasting) your glass a little differently.
It’s a sensory wine experience you won’t find anywhere else on the Central Coast, and we’re so glad to be bringing it to Grover Beach.
