About moko.fm
moko.fm is a public calendar for San Luis Obispo County. One page, every town from San Miguel to Nipomo, filtered the way you actually plan an outing: by date, by place, by what it costs, by whether it suits kids.
What we cover
San Luis Obispo County only, including the Five Cities, North County, the coast and the North Coast. We list events open to the public: music, markets, classes, worship and observances, fundraisers, festivals, talks and volunteer days. We do not list private parties, ongoing retail hours, or anything that has no fixed date.
Where listings come from
Most entries are gathered from venue calendars, chamber of commerce listings, ticketing pages and congregation schedules, then rewritten to a consistent format so they compare cleanly against each other. Some, such as countywide holidays and recurring community events, we write ourselves.
Every event page shows its source and the date we last checked it, so you can see for yourself where a detail came from before you drive across the county for it.
Getting an event listed
Listing is free. Organizers, venues and promoters can submit an event with its date, venue, price and a link. A person reads every submission before it appears, usually within a couple of days.
Something wrong?
Dates move and prices change. Every event page has a Report a correction link at the bottom. Tell us which detail is off and we will check it against the source and fix it.
