Shavuot in SLO County
June 11 to June 12, 2027, beginning at sundown on June 10.
Shavuot marks the giving of the Torah, and it is kept with all-night study, cheesecake and dairy meals, and the reading of the Book of Ruth. SLO County congregations hold a tikkun study evening and a morning service, with Yizkor on the second day.
