Purim in SLO County
March 23, 2027, beginning at sundown on March 22.
Purim is costumes, noisemakers and the reading of the Megillah, plus hamantaschen and mishloach manot food baskets. SLO County congregations run a carnival or a themed party alongside the reading, and it is the most kid-centred night on the Jewish calendar.
