Eid al-Adha in SLO County
May 16, 2027. The exact date depends on the moon sighting and may shift by a day.
Eid al-Adha, the feast of the sacrifice, falls during the days of the Hajj. SLO County's Muslim community holds the morning prayer together and then a shared meal, with a portion of the food traditionally given away. Like Eid al-Fitr, the exact date is confirmed close to the day.
